Visiby Growth Engine

An AI visibility team for your business

Seeing the gaps is easy. Closing them is the work. Visiby watches how AI answers your buyers, then publishes what changes the answer.

Your buyers have started asking AI first

A buyer used to type a few words into Google and scan ten links. Now they ask a full question and get one answer, with two or three businesses named in it. If you are one of those names, you get the enquiry. If you are not, you never find out the question was asked.

A report tells you where you are missing. It does not write the page, fix the crawler block, or check again next week. That is the work most businesses never get to, and it is the work the Growth Engine does.

One engine. Six agents. Assigned to your site.

The Growth Engine runs the same loop continuously: measure how AI answers your buyers, decide what to fix first, do the work, then measure again. You approve the content. The agents handle the rest.

The team

Meet the agents working on your site

01

Tracking agent

Watches how ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude answer your buyers. Every time a competitor is recommended instead of you, it is logged with the question, the engine and the sources AI relied on.

02

Data agent

Works from your real numbers. Once you connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, every decision is based on your actual clicks, impressions, rankings and enquiries, not on guesswork or generic keyword lists.

03

Strategy agent

Decides what is worth doing first. It weighs buyer intent, how close you already are to being recommended, and what the pages beating you cover that yours do not. The output is a short list of the highest-value fixes, each tied to a specific gap.

04

Content agent

Writes and publishes 20 to 25 buyer-focused pages a month to your own site, each one built to close a specific gap. It also refreshes existing pages when they start to slip. Every draft goes through a separate review step and a quality gate before you see it.

05

Technical agent

Fixes what stops AI from reading your site: blocked AI crawlers, broken or missing structured data, slow or unrenderable pages, indexing problems. These are often the fastest wins, because the content already exists and AI simply cannot see it.

06

Attribution agent

Connects the enquiries and bookings you receive back to the page and the AI answer that drove them, so you can see which work is paying for itself.

This is not a blog generator

Plenty of tools will produce articles for you. The difference is what happens before and after the writing.

Before a word is written, the engine tracks which businesses AI names for your buyers’ questions. Every page then targets a real gap where you are being left out, not a generic keyword from a list.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Businesses whose buyers research before they buy: professional services, B2B companies, clinics, software, specialist trades and considered-purchase retail.
  • You have a website you control and can give us a way to publish to it.
  • You want the work done for you, and you are happy to approve content each week.

Not a good fit

  • You need results this month. Organic and AI visibility growth generally compounds over 2 to 3 months.
  • You do not have a website yet, or cannot give anyone publishing access to it.
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads or a guaranteed ranking. Nobody can honestly promise that, and we will not.
  • Your site already has a large in-house content and SEO team. You will get more from the free check and your own people.

Your first 10 days

Counted from the day we get access to your site.

Day 3

AI can read your site

The AI-crawler check is done, and anything blocking ChatGPT, Google or Perplexity from reading your pages is fixed.

Day 7

You can see where you stand

Tracking is live across all five engines, using the questions your buyers actually ask.

Day 10

The first pages are ready

Your first five pages are written and waiting for your approval.

After that the loop keeps running. Early signals appear as new pages are indexed. Meaningful organic and AI visibility growth generally compounds over 2 to 3 months.

What a week looks like

Activity log
MondayBuyer questions re-run across five engines. Two new questions found where a competitor is now recommended.
TuesdaySearch Console shows one service page losing impressions. Flagged for refresh.
WednesdayStrategy agent ranks the week’s gaps. Five pages chosen, each with the winning competitor page analysed.
ThursdayFive drafts written and reviewed. One sent back by the reviewer and rewritten. All five sent to you for approval.
FridayApproved pages published to your site. Missing structured data added to three existing pages.

What you do

Approve the content. That is the whole job. If a page is not right, say so and it is rewritten.

Pricing

Starting at $1,000 a month

An AEO agency typically charges $2,500 to $5,000 a month for 2 to 4 pages, often with a 3 to 6 month minimum. The $99 content tools write articles and stop there. The Growth Engine does the tracking, the fixing, the publishing and the measuring in one place, starting at $1,000 a month.

Questions people ask before starting

What is included at the $1,000 a month starting price?

Everything on this page: tracking across five AI engines, 20 to 25 pages a month published to your site, refreshes of existing pages, technical and AI-crawler fixes, competitor tracking and a monthly report. There are no add-on fees for any of the six agents.

How much of my time does it take?

Very little. You connect Search Console and Analytics once, give us access to publish to your site, and approve content as it arrives. Expect to spend well under an hour a week.

What access do you need?

Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and a way to publish to your website, such as a CMS login with editor rights. You can remove any of it at any time.

How soon will I see results?

The technical fixes land in the first week. New pages start getting indexed within days of publishing. Meaningful growth in organic traffic and AI recommendations generally compounds over 2 to 3 months. We do not promise specific rankings or lead numbers, because nobody honestly can.

Will the content be accurate for my industry?

Every page is grounded in your own site, your services and any documents you share with us, then checked by a separate review step before it reaches you. Nothing is published without your approval, so you stay the final check on accuracy.

Does Google penalise AI-written content?

Google's guidance is about quality, not about how a page was produced. Thin, generic pages perform badly whoever writes them. Each Growth Engine page is written to answer a specific buyer question better than the page currently winning it, and it is reviewed before you approve it.

Who owns the content if I cancel?

You do. Every page is published on your own domain and stays there. Nothing is removed, and there is no licence fee to keep it.

Do I still need SEO if AI is answering the questions?

Yes, and the Growth Engine does both. AI engines build their answers from pages they can find, read and trust, which is the same foundation good SEO builds. The pages we publish are written to rank in Google and to be quoted by AI, so you are not choosing between the two.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

I have only run the free check. Do I need anything else first?

No. The free check is the starting point. On a 15 minute call we walk through what your check found and what the first month would cover for your site.
